Domestic deliveries (within Australia)

A signature will be required when textbooks are delivered unless other delivery instructions have been advised on the order. Standard post and Express Post deliveries will be made via Australia Post. For all of Australia Post delivery timelines visit :  http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/domestic-delivery-times.html  or Express Post delivery timelines and applicable service areas, visit  http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html  If you have selected Express Post it will be actioned once order is invoiced. If no-one is at home when delivery of your parcel is attempted a card should be left in the letterbox or at front door to advise the parcel can be collected from the nearest Post Office. Photo ID and proof of residence will be required when collecting the parcel.


International deliveries

All orders are despatched door-to-door via TNT Express Worldwide. Due to contractual arrangements with TNT we are unable to despatch via an alternate courier service. A signature will be required when textbooks are delivered. TNT Couriers advised delivery timeline for overseas 7 – 10 days.

Many countries charge Duty/VAT on Educational Material. Omnia – Books & Beyond must abide by the regulations concerning the declaration of goods and as a retailer we must, by law, declare the contents and cost of the goods we despatch. In some countries this may mean that customers are charged Duty/VAT. This is out of our control and all these charges remain the responsibility of the receiver. Omnia – Books & Beyond DOES NOT pay Duty/VAT charges if these are applicable.

Please Note: There are some regions within the world that are outside of TNT courier delivery areas. These regions do change depending on world events and the various political landscapes. 

Current overseas freight charges on Omnia's website do not apply for these regions. If you have sought delivery of goods to one of these regions, we will first contact you via email with a freight estimate from an alternate courier service if available. Payment for goods and freight will not be processed until confirmation from you that the revised freight charges are accepted. We will notify you as soon as possible if an alternate courier is not available (payment of goods will not be processed in these circumstances).
